Develop account strategies territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets. 
 •  Generate new orders for Engineering Center integration, engineering products, systems and services to meet the booking and shipments goals.
 •  Keep current on all products their application as it relates to Systems Integration. Understand the technical applications of the product  pricing and selling benefits.
 •  Develop and maintain a sales plan for the area that meets or exceeds shipment objective and grows market share within the assigned territory.  
 •  Strong understanding of the mining industry and power generation aggregate and pumping water and waste water and web handling and lumber where applicable and have the ability to develop specifications, commercial and technical proposals and also make presentations leading up to the closing of opportunities. 
 •  Prepare annual sales forecast by customer within assigned territory. Keeps informed of new products services and other general information of interest to customers and checks on competitive activity. 
• Coordinate with other members of the Engineering Center  
• Troubleshoot problems regarding products provided. Answer questions and handles complaints.   
• Perform other job-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

At least three years of field sales experience. Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills. Sales experience applying industrial automation products or drives sales.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Four plus years of sales experience with industrial automation products or drives.
Hands-on knowledge of association needs and capabilities.
Excellent formal presentation skills before both small and large groups.
Experience managing large territories and diverse product offerings.
Coach/mentor experience with less senior sales staff.  Ability to keep abreast of new technology trends  association needs and possible application to real world projects.   

• EDUCATION: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (4 years minimum).
• JOB DURATION: This job is full time.
