Experienced Facilities Manager to manage and coordinate activities of facilities coordinators, design professionals and construction contractors to ensure facilities are completed within time cost and quality constraints facilities.
Duties include: - Handle materials methods and appropriate tools to construct objects structures and/or buildings construction practices mechanical and electrical engineering - Handle design techniques, procurement and/or administration of contracts grants loans etc. - Develop project management plans including time schedules and procedures - Assist in the marketing process for new projects - Monitor the progress and performance of projects resolve schedule and budget issues - Review and make recommendations regarding approval of change orders and project scope changes - Monitor project substantial completion and close-out participate in project reviews ensure all deficiencies are remedied and coordinate final acceptance by user agency or institution - Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws regulations and/or agency rules standards and guidelines - Coordinate the development of comprehensive master plans and ensures diverse interests directions and policies are represented and consistent - Assist in orientation occupancy and utilization of new facilities
Requirements: - 10+ years facilities management experience - Experience in facilities operations maintenance and management - mechanical engineering electrical engineering construction - Understanding of materials methods and tools used to construct buildings and structures - Experience in procurement and/or administration of contracts grants loans or similar agreements - Experienced with property valuation
