Must have 5-7 years managing a direct sales force and setting up a distribution network. Company sells specialty equipment to companies in in food service. Will consider someone from outside of the industry with a proven track record in growing sales, managing direct junior sales persons and working with a dealer/distributor network.
Identify/qualify, contact, product presentation, customer relationship development, negotiate, close, manage ongoing customer relationship post-sell. Learn the product at a highly proficient level including understanding of technical specifications, industry, competitive landscape, customer requirements.
Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts and results, Identify new prospects and manage accounts throughout entire sales process
