Develop the pricing strategy and the deployment of the pricing initiative and will coordinate the activities needed to identify pricing projects and analyze all aspects of the pricing strategies and tactics for the Global Business Unit.
This will include conducting detailed pricing and financial analysis by Region and Product on a monthly quarterly and annual basis to include ASP distribution price elasticity optimal price analysis etc.
The individual will need to work in close collaboration with other parts of the organization including: finance sales Six Sigma Project management contract groups etc. Position reports to the vice president of global marketing and interact with the regional pricing directors as well as business heads.
This is an individual contributor role with market research and product manager support, will interact with marketing and sales leaders global and regional marketing teams as well as general managers for the business units. They need to be able to work at this level and get things done and agreed to by top-senior leadership.
Requirements: Six Sigma training/certification is a plus with 5-7 years of relevant experience. Strong track record of working collaboratively to tackle cross- functional cross-business issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in data analysis and graphical presentations using Excel and Minitab. Previous Global project management experience
• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or Business Administration, Masters degree preferred.
