Provide systems development implementation and support for Sales related systems and for managing large IT initiatives and provide input to the development of Sarbanes Oxley controls as well as the monitoring of adherence to these controls and other applicable regulatory regulations.
Perform product evaluation, purchase, installation, software selection, and/or software development performance monitoring and application tuning disaster recovery planning and 7 day per week 24 hours per day technical supervision/support for problem resolution. Handle additional duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements: Minimum of 7-10 years of related IT experience is required. Must have retail knowledge solid project management skills data processing skills understanding of networks and communications concepts as well as good verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience with IBM Point of Sales or similar systems good interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization and prior supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a technical team. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required in computer science business or related field.
