Provide exceptional customer service by resolving/referring customer inquiries. Maintain extensive product knowledge of bank products and services, must stay up to date on product updates, policy and/or procedure changes.
Assist customers by phone, chat, and email, must adhere to Task Schedule. Alerts Team Lead and/or Manager escalated concerns. No experience necessary there is a comprehensive paid training program. Full-time evenings pay, plus a weekly bonus!
Compensation will be based on performance. This is a 2nd shift position, other schedules may also be available. This is a stable career opportunity in a professional atmosphere with no cold calling.
