Manage branch sale force to maximize profits and minimize expense. Ensure the achievement of branch sale/profit goals. Assess area potential and develops annual branch business plans to ensure development of current business and the addition of new business. Develops and cultivate good customer relations via face-to-face contact. Respond to customers needs consistent with Corporate standards culture and business practice.

Work to align local branch strategy with Corporate marketing strategy. Utilize all Corporate Direct assets to maximize growth including but not limited to other title direct mail and Call Centers. Teach and promote Corporate Culture. Performs all duties inherent in the role of Corporate Manager as defined by the Corporate Code of Conduct including hiring termination review and development of associate. Drive the Corporate Culture in the branch and throughout the company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of organizations Mission.

Identifies and implements solutions to customers needs/problems. Participate/encourage quality assessment profitability and improvement activities. Generate relevant reports for Market Managers and Corporate management as needed. Analyze the branches financial and operational performance prepare the annual budget and monitors expenditure to ensure compliance with approved budgetary constraints. Take corrective action as needed. Identifies develops and implements new value adds for the company.
• At least one year outside sale experience B to B
• Experience in the commercial and Industrial Distribution field
• Strong business acumen with detailed knowledge of profit and loss statements
• General management and leadership, thought leadership/Problem solving (solution minded)

• EDUCATION: A Bachelors degree in Business or the equivalent
