Perform financial operational and compliance in nature and include risk assessments developing or updating process and control documentation and assessments of accounting and allocation methodologies. Will focus on providing financial management support to federal government agencies. 

Projects are extremely fluid and requires self-motivated individuals that are willing to develop solutions on the own or in a team of highly skilled professionals. Project members will need to enhance skills in the area of technical competency business development client service and people development.

Knowledge of financial management business processes including areas related to audit readiness and ERP implementations including data assessment/cleanup general ledger analysis account reconciliation policy and procedure redesign training and internal control assessments
Strong client management skills as well as proven ability to present well both verbally and in writing are required.
Ability to creatively problem-solve and possess a consultancy mindset Certified Public Account (CPA) or Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) highly desired

• EDUCATION: Bachelors degree required preferably in accounting audit or other financial management area. Masters degree preferred.
