Lead and coordinate key strategic development and functional services to support department objectives and organizational goals. Ensure that assure that the hospital clinical resources are utilized in the most cost effective manner while improving quality outcomes, manage departmental finances and fiscal responsibility
Manage professional and clerical staff including day to day supervision employee relations and staff development. Maintain effective and responsive relationships with patients attending medical staff and other departments.
Requirements: RN License in the state of or eligible required 5 years of progressive clinical experience in management or case management and nursing CCM certification or HQUR (Healthcare Quality of Utilization Review) highly preferred Excellent statistical analytical and interpersonal skills and proven leadership and the ability to communicate with persuasion clarity integrity and openness.
• EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) required and Masters degree in healthcare related field preferred
