Provide pharmaceutical care to patients through distributive and clinical functions. Will ensure appropriateness of all elements of pharmaceutical care and independently operates within policies and procedures to manage the department’s clinical and consultative services. Supervises the work of supportive team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency of distributive services.
Serve as a drug information resource handle direct patient interaction, precepting of pharmacy residents and/or student pharmacists, and contribution to department projects or initiatives in collaboration with Pharmacy Leadership
Must be Bachelors or Pharmacy D. Degree Registered Pharmacist in the State of Maryland. We are offering Day or Evening Shifts! Will hire new graduates with Hospital experience; critical care experience preferred. Assumes tasks necessary to convey daily Pharmacy and IV admixture products and clinical monitoring service to the patients.
a) Must be a Registered Pharmacist in the State. b) Two years hospital pharmacy including IV admixture and/or home c) Reads writes and speaks conversational English d) Deals with multiple demands in a fast-paced pharmacy in an accurate efficient calm and pleasant manner. e) Pharmacy related computer skills desired. f) Presents a personal appearance and interpersonal skills that makes a good first impression.
