Mange full product life cycle management of the company’s product portfolio including defining developing and implementing the strategic product road map.
Progressive experience in industrial/commercial product management including leading the strategic product road mapping - tactical road map implementation - and cross-functional processes.
Demonstrated track record of leading the definition development and launch of new best-in-class products based on preparation of sound business cases.
Strong Voice-of-the-Customer (VOC and Silence-of-the Customer) orientation with demonstrated experience in identifying unmet customer needs - able to articulate customer needs in a manner that the organization can understand and ultimately meet.
Lead the development and implementation of the strategic product marketing plan and ensure development of appropriate value-added marketing materials (such as literature and website content) and training materials (such as Features and Benefits Competitive Comparisons and Sales Presentations).
Lead product line profitability management including identifying Standard Options vs. Special Options and establishing/implementing pricing strategies.
Prior value innovation and knowledge and global experience are significant pluses. Working knowledge of product marketing strategy/tactics and implementation.
