Provide vision strategy and leadership for a next generation product line. Partner with Business Development to identify new growth opportunities. Manage the entire product life cycle including product development product management product marketing and brand management.
Oversee the brand, marketing, and stakeholder experience initiatives via print, digital, and other multimedia channels. Work with key senior leadership to support vision, goals, and objectives. Translate complex messages into strategic plans. Report on the health of marketing and communications portfolio, resource capacity and impact of overall programming
Requirements: • 7+ years marketing leadership experience in the medical device biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries with a strong background in both upstream and downstream marketing. • Minimum of 3 years proven success in the management of at least 5 direct reports is required preferably product managers senior product managers and/or marketing managers. • Strong track record managing new marketing initiatives and driving marketing teams forward.
• EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree is required. An MBA is strongly preferred.
