Analyze financial information and assess the risks of credit offer to individuals and businesses, and process applications for dealer lines of credit. Prepare credit narratives to include thorough risk assessment discussing management and industry overview, transaction structure and financial capacity. Keeping abreast of issues related to compliance, legal, and market-risk involved in the endorsement of credit. 

Financial analysis will include spreading and interpreting financial statements; evaluating financial ratios and measuring credit risk. Assess worth of owners/guarantors. Analyzing financial information like cash flow statements, and management accounts.  Recommend and advise changes to various credit policies and procedures. Assess the overall credit worthiness of various client companies.

Ensure that policies and procedures comply with the departmental standards. Review and understand consumer credit and third-party business reports and determine appropriate documentation including guarantees, UCC’s, additional collateral, responsible for periodic reviews of dealer relationships to confirm risk rating and financial stability. Work with perspective and existing customers, internal departments including sales, operations, legal, system verification, documentation review, reporting as necessary, projects and training.

Requirements
Five years prior relevant credit experience. experience analyze financial statements/tax returns including trend, ratio and cash flow analysis
Possess thorough knowledge of secured lending documentation including UCC, Purchase Money Security Interest, Creditor Agreements and Letters of Credit
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills
Analyzing financial information like cash flow statements, and management accounts.
Recommending and advising changes to various credit policies and procedures.
Assessing the overall credit worthiness of various client companies.
Keeping abreast of issues related to compliance, legal, and market-risk involved in the endorsement of credit.
Helping the staff to ensure that policies and procedures comply with the departmental standards
