Direct product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line. Manage sales activities of organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Will represent company at trade association meetings to promote product.
• Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
• Meets with key clients assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
• Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
• Analyze and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
• Assist other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
• Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume potential sales and areas of proposed Company base expansion.
• Direct product research and development.
• Monitor and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
• Recommends or approves budget expenditures and appropriations for research and development work.

years minimum of electric motor or related industry sales or engineering experience Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience in electric motor or related industry An advanced degree is desirable.
• DC motor application knowledge, AC motor application (Single phase and 3 phase induction)
• Familiarity with industrial material handling and electric vehicle renewable energy markets.
• Customer focused delivers fast accurate response to customer questions and needs is critical.
• Works with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Multi-tasking ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to read analyzes and interpret common scientific and technical journals financial reports and legal documents.
• Responds to common inquiries or complaints from customers and regulatory agencies and effectively present information to top management.

• EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
