Develop and implement the organizational quality improvement plan in accordance with the mission and strategic goals of the hospital. Other responsibilities include - Plan, design, implement, coordinate and monitor hospital-wide Quality and Performance Improvement programs that meet or exceed all accreditation standards and comply with other regulatory agencies.
Lead projects that are aligned with the organizations strategic goals to improve clinical outcomes patient satisfaction patient safety performance improvement and achieve continuous compliance with all accreditation and regulatory requirements. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Requirements include: - A minimum of four years of Quality Management experience required - Bachelors in a healthcare-related field required - Masters in healthcare-related field preferred - Certification in quality management (CPHQ) project management or other related field preferred - Demonstrated ability to use computer based clinical information systems databases word process spreadsheets and related internet - Proven managerial skills in clinical / healthcare related environment required. inquiries and resumes will be kept in complete confidence.
