The Tech Support manager will manage activities of 5-10 employees and two consultants to ensure that projects are supported within budget and deliver the expected timeframes.

This includes providing efficient and effective shared service development competency centers to support the Business Delivery Teams for all Oracle applications. Will liaison with the Business Delivery Teams to understand their priorities and ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet business priorities and develop quality solutions. Extensive experience with Oracle on a large scale.

Will ensure that the service team is accountable for the maintenance of Oracle enterprise-wide solutions that support the business strategy.  Will provide consultative support participation and expertise in the Enabling Technology space and helps to drive process re-engineering and continuous improvement.

• 5 plus years of experience developing and implementing large-scale business systems.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong background and knowledge of enabling technologies
• Strong analytical skills
• Comprehensive understanding of the project management life cycle is required.

• EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or Masters Degree in Information Systems or MBA preferred
