Work with staff accountant in accounts payable and accounts receivable areas as assigned by the company Accountant or Manager. Will sort and accurately process tickets for invoicing, submit invoices to customers via mail, email, electronic data entry, review any discrepancies and respond to customer disputes in a timely manner, assist customers with inquiries regarding their account and other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:
2 plus years of accounting experience with electronic data entry accounting software experience. Ability to prioritize and work independently, ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Should be self-motivated, committed and possess good communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• EDUCATION:Accounting Degree preferred, Associates Degree with Experience accepted
