Tampa , FL , United States   Implement organizational change and performance improvement initiatives.
Experienced consultant who now recognizes that what you currently do could be done better, should also have led change successfully in industry or commerce.
-A proven track record of helping major organizations implement complex change programs that have delivered significant improvements in business results.
-Ten or more years of management consulting experience working with external clients.
-Change management experience in projects that do not necessarily involve a technology component or some other capital investment but rather change management experience based on a business need i.e. helping people be more motivated and work more effectively to accomplish results.
-Significant experience in process improvement and operations improvement implementation.    

Job Requirements:

- Strong implementation skills and also have specialist expertise in at least one of the following areas:
- Leadership development and coaching for senior executives.
- Organizational development.
- Performance management.
- Change management implementation.
- Able to work in office, industrial settings including offshore.   • EDUCATION: Minimum of a bachelors degree.
