Position reports to the Director of Human Resources and will be responsible for working on programs recruitment and retention initiatives employee benefits design and administration and employee training and professional development.
Coaching and mentoring the existing teams of HR Recruiting and Training professionals. Extensive Human Resources experience in Recruiting Training and Professional Development in addition to general HR.
Proven interpersonal skills demonstrated oral and written communication skills exceptional employee development abilities and a client-service orientation. Strong aptitude and ability to leverage information technology and applications.
Prior experience interacting with senior executives in a multi-location company, coordinate activities in the existing Recruiting Human Resources and Professional Development departments.
Experience handling internships in a variety of fields, and experience in with strategic planning and project management are essential. Prior HR experience in consulting environment is a real plus.
• EDUCATION: A graduate degree in Human Resources or a similar field and /or SPHR certification is preferred.
