Requirements: Self-motivated with a proven track record in technical customer service and supportAbility to present technical information to both technical / non-technical audience Strong technical and analytical skills Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience Minimum of 2 years customer service/support in networking specifically switching and routing operating systems.Must be able to travel up to 50%.
