Job Description

Fishers , IN , United States   Manage an customer service team to deliver incremental bottom line impact by meeting the needs of customers. The team members represent a cross functional team and must successfully define and deliver these new capabilities and experiences.   Ability to see  the customers and organizations side of a business and to inspire and lead customer-centric online experiences across an organization.  

Job Requirements:

- Strong online and marketing background.
- Team leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage others and to drive teams to deliver results
- Strong ability to create and sell a compelling vision to senior management with an ability to leverage logic data and passion to influence others
- Strong balance of Customer Vision and solid Business skills .   • EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree, MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
