Hospice Administrator for medium sized facility and provide care to Hospice patients. Will plan the overall development of the Hospice Agency. Must be familiar with State and Federal Regulations, compliance, reporting and implementation of processes. Budgeting, evaluation and purchasing.
Review and evaluate existing policies and procedures, develop standards and methods, initiatie preparation of yearly budget for control of expenditures, effective budgets and accounting system and oversee annual program evaluation.
Requirements: - 2 years experience in a a certified hospice environment - 2 years of supervisory/management level experience - MSN/MHCA - 2 + years of hospice experience or BSN/BHCA - 4 + years of Hospice experience
